Rouge River Brewing Co.: Rougeweisse
Rougeweisse is our take on the classic German-style wheat beer. Our first ever wheat beer! We brewed this with locally grown wheat from our friends at Carma Farms in Markham. We’ve been working with them since we opened to feed our spent grain to their animals. Cloudy and unfiltered, this beer has classic notes of bubblegum and banana with just a hint of clove and spice. Your perfect autumn companion, and a must try for all wheat beer fans.

It’s about time we take a look back at summer, and be grateful for those moments that brought us joy. If you’re like us… maybe a little trip to the cottage? And if so… did you stop to pet the DUMP BEARS? These adorable little scavengers are a unique part of cottage country! Chillin’, waiting to rummage through your discarded McD’s bag. They’re kind of our vibe, and we could imagine sitting back and sharing an IPA with the dudes. Dump Bears is our tribute to the waning days of summer. Juicy, frothy, with notes of Mango, Gummy Bears and the impending frost that will soon be upon us. Made with Azacca and HBC 638 hops. Like the heat, Dump Bears won’t be here forever.

Brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops for big aromas of mango, peach, pineapple, and honeydew. Juicy flavours of orange juice and tropical fruit shine through, rounded by a soft hint of basil. Medium-bodied, smooth, and perfectly balanced with a bright, citrusy finish.

Upfront hops, with bitter flavour, notes of Pungent pine, fruity grapefruit and robust Black currant. It is balanced with strong malt Backbone.
Halo Brewery: Sunchaser III
Sun Chaser III is here, this time with a delicious hop medley of Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Monroe. Heavy on the dry hop, SC3 is bursting with big tropical aromas throughout accompanied by some soft citrus and sweet red berry notes. Some extra oats added to this batch for a big creamy mouthfeel to round it all out.
Wavemaker Craft Brewery: OATH
Pouring pitch black with off tan head, this stout is very smooth with beautiful lacing that remains the entire way down the glass. Chocolate and roasted coffee notes prevail with a body to back it up!
Halo Brewery: Ion Cannon (Pineapple X Lime X Jalapeno)
Our deliciously crushable fruited gose, featuring pineapple, lime, and just a hint of jalapeno, is a splash of Summer in these grey Fall days to come. Soured using Philly Sour yeast, Ion Cannon is a refreshing and fruity brew, lightly spiced with coriander and just enough saltiness to round out the soft mouthfeel and dry finish.
