Precipice - Fine Balance Brewing Co.
This pilsner is brewed in the German tradition with a drastic departure: we exclusively used NZ hops in the kettle and as a dry hop. This batch features motueka, waiti, and pacifica hops. Our Precipice Pils has an initial hint of sweetness followed by a light bitterness and bright, fruity finish courtesy of a dry-hop of New Zealand Hops.

Pepa - Godspeed Brewery
Josef Hrůza, affectionally know as “Pepa” devoted over five decades to Pilsner Urquell, where he held many roles, including that of Master Cooper. His unwavering dedication and mastery of the craft of barrel making earned him the title: ‘Keeper of Traditional Folk Crafts Arstistry’ in 2012—a testament to his exceptional contribution to Czech brewing heritage. In 2021, our Brewmaster had the rare honour of working alongside Pepa as he crafted the final two 40hl wooden barrels of his storied career on the historic grounds of Pinser Urquell, made exclusively for Godspeed Brewery.
This Specialní Pivo serves as a heartfelt homage to his legacy—a strong pale lager, aged within Pepa’s own handcrafted Pitch-lined barrels. At Godspeed Brewery, we strive to create beers with meaning and purpose. This release stands as a respectful celebration of tradition, craftsmanship, and the enduring spirit of those who shape our collective brewing history.
PDA - Great Lakes Brewery
Calling all thematically-coloured beverage lovers! This witbier was fermented with an appropriate Belgian strain before being refermented and conditioned on hibiscus, strawberry juice, whole raspberries and orange zest. The big, juicy fruit notes imply sweetness but the beer itself is dry and refreshing. Also did we mention the beer is pink?

Tangerine Shapeshifter is bright and citrusy with a healthy dose of hops to give the brew some backbone. Eclipse, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops are used to really push the sour orange/tangerine experience to the fullest.

Get down, get down, and try this new hazy IPA! We’ve been wanting to get our hands on some New Zealand Motueka hops for a while, and they finally came in! We wanted to pair that with another rare hop, Peacharine to bring you some unique southern hemisphere delight. We get notes of green mango, sumo orange, and pine sap.

A very balanced milk stout, light sweetness from the lactose with a smooth finish. Definitely not too sweet!
