Tripwire - Halo Brewery
Heaps of hops throughout the later end of the brew, especially in the dry hop. Brewed with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin from NZ and some Comet from Ontario, with a bit of Citra and Mosaic to balance everything out. Aromas of green mango, gooseberry and lime zest, with some decent dankness and some nice, soft diesel and pine notes making an appearance.
Cryotherapy - Block 3 Brewing Co.
This pale ale is hopped exclusively with Mosaic and Cryo hops, creating an explosive hop aroma. Vibrant notes of juicy tangerine and fresh citrus burst from the glass, while a light body and crisp clean, dry finish keep each sip refreshingly balanced.
August DIPA (2026) - Badlands Brewing
For August we’re testing out a new hop kief product from the fine folk at Freestyle hops: limequat. We then blended it with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. Expect some zesty lime, tropical notes, gooseberry and kumquat.
Berry Good Sour - Grain & Grit
Brewed with raspberry, local black currant and hibiscus, this sour is bursting with fresh raspberry and field berry aroma and flavour.
Citraddiction - Great Lakes Brewery
Pale golden pour with a thick white head. Really bright and juicy tropical citrus nose. Lemon and orange and some nice tropical fruit. Lean malt base and a little crackery lean malt. Firm bitterness and quite fruity. Solidly quaffable.
Gokurosama - Godspeed Brewery
Kölsch, just like Altbier and Weizen is one of the only traditional ales left in Germany. Originally brewed in the city of Koln, our interpretation comes clean and crisp with hints of fruit (apple, pear) and honey. This style of beer is all about being consumed fresh. A brewmaster’s favourite.
