Barncat's latest Double IPA, Cat's in Space, was phenomenal. Coming in at an abv of 8.5% and receiving its name from the galaxy hops used. On first look, it is already enticing, being completely opaque with a beautiful smell. Huge pine on the front, citrus then comes through, with a soft finish and a great lingering aftertaste of grapefruit.
Despite it's high abv, this beer can really pair well with anything and can be enjoyed in any order of tastings. It's just the right amount of bitter and hoppy.
