Barncat's, Cat Factory is a Pale ale fermented with their ale yeast. Conditioned with Brett Drie and finally dry hopped with Cascade. Coming out with an abv of 6% and pouring as hazy as can be; this as about as tasty as a 'pale ale' can be. The aromatics and the slightly sour finish from the Brett really round this beer off well.
