9 unique breweries and 9 unique beers - 4258ml

Barncat Artisan Ales

Puncheon Aged Saison with Lime & Hibiscus - 7.0% abv. (Cambridge)

Saison Blush was aged in a single Ontario Chardonnay puncheon for more than one year with a blend of Brett and bacteria.
It was then conditioned atop Lime juice/zest and Hibiscus prior to re-fermentation in the bottle with Champagne yeast.

Wellington Brewing

Sour IPA - 5.7% abv. (Guelph)

Bringing together our two of our favourite things, Cry If I Want To is the perfect summer beer. This tasty Sour IPA has a tangy tartness upfront alongside juicy citrus hop flavours from Mosaic, Amarillo, and Cascade hops.

Block Three Brewing

Block Three Brewing

Fruited “Sour” - 5.5% abv. (St. Jacobs)

Coming in like a cold treat on a hot summer summer day, we are pleased to release Fickle Mistress Blood Orange Creamcicle. We added a dose of Lactose (milk sugar) in the boil for added creamy body, and sweetness. Then we added in some vanilla and blood orange puree for a secondary fermentation giving and added citrus and creamy kick.

Rouge River Brewing

Rouge River Brewing

Triple IPA - 11.5% abv. (Markham)

Made in collaboration with Badlands Brewery out of Caledon, ON. This Triple IPA features a blend of Citra, Cryo Citra and Strata hops for a dank tropical fruit salad character. Wheat and oats add some body and haze. Dextrose is added during fermentation to achieve this extraordinary abv without too much residual sweetness. Dangerously drinkable for the high ABV, you’ve been warned.

Stonepicker Brewing

Stonepicker Brewing

Lager - 5.2% abv. (Plympton-Wyoming)

Stonepicker Brewing is one of the new breweries to join our curations! To introduce them, we have featured one of their lagers. This lager is made with 100% pilsner barley, malted on site. Notes of grapefruit, peach, and strawberry give it a light and fruity aftertaste.

Market Brewing

Market Brewing

NEIPA - 6.5 % abv. (Newmarket)

In collaboration with Cascade Brewing out of Oregon. A juicy and soft IPA.

Citra, Centennial, and Amarillo hops give citrus and tropical fruit notes of papaya, passionfruit, mango, orange, and grapefruit.

Left Field Brewery

Left Field Brewery

Nitro IPA - 6.5% abv. (Toronto)

In collaboration with Sweden’s Wizard Brewing Company. This hazy, colossal IPA explodes with huge flavours of orange creamsicle and sweet pineapple and is infused with nitrogen for the smoothest delivery in the game. Inspired by the autobiography by former Jays hurler Dave Stieb, chronicling his journey to a no-hitter after multiple close calls, this IPA holds the Left Field record for dry hopping at a whopping 6+ pounds per barrel, making it a franchise first.

Stonehooker Brewing

Stonehooker Brewing

NEIPA - 5.4% abv. (Mississauga)

Big tropical and citrus flavours and aromas from Mosaic, Vic Secret and Simcoe. Low bitterness with a soft creamy mouthfeel.

Stonehooker is the second new brewery to join our curations this month!

Bad Apple Brewing

Bad Apple Brewing

Dry-Hopped Porter - 5% abv. (Zurich)

Floral hop nose, smoky coffee notes, centennial hop finish.

Try mixing this with a cold coffee to make this the perfect brunch beer!
