In Zurich, ON, near the shores of Lake Huron, you will find an apple orchard that is home to Bad Apple Brewing.
You will always find a mix of classic, perfectly executed styles, along with modern and unique styles. On our last visit we tasted their new Ontario Lager, Strawberry Cyserweizen, along with sneak peaks of a smoked porter and new IPA.
Ontario Home Grown Lager
This lager features malt from Barn Owl (Belleville), yeast from Escarpment Labs (Guelph), and hops from Backroads (London)
We hear they’re also renovating and adding a new large space to enjoy beer by the glass!
Strawberry Cyserweizen
